A Brief History of the

Church Buildings

First Baptist's roots go back to 1833, and the current building was dedicated in 1875.  What began as Willistown Baptist Meeting House became the First Baptist Church of Malvern building.  The Christian Education building was constructed in the early 1960's.

In recent years, the church tried on a new name, Vision Fellowship, to reflect its updated worship style.  You will still hear references to First Baptist until the new name becomes familiar to the surrounding community.
